Layla's Adventures with Cake!

Layla came in for some birthday cake fun today. Poor Layla has been sick and we have been trying to do this shoot for months. Normally Layla is all smiles . . . but today, she just didn't have it in her. BUT she sure enjoyed the cake. And even though she's not smiling, she made some stinkin cute faces and got nice and messy, which is what this shoot is about! She kept looking up at her mom, like she couldn't understand how this time, it was okay to be a messy eater. She's such a sweet little girl!

Memory 3 months

Memory came to see us yesterday for her 3 month pictures. She wasn't in the greatest of moods (well after these pictures were taken) so we decided to have them come back another day. But these were so cute I thought I'd share them anyways. She is SO beautiful! I can't wait to watch her grow!

Erin's Maternity

My very dear friend Erin is having a baby boy here in a few months!! She asked if we would do some maternity pictures for her and of course I was thrilled! Third child, no stretch marks! For that. . . I'll have to hate her. . . but she know's I still love her! Jim, Erin and the boys came down and I think they had a good time. I can't wait to meet baby JT. Check back in a few months, because we will be doing his newborn session!

Darrell and Amy

Yesterday we had the pleasure of shooting Darrell and Amy's wedding! This is such a lovely couple! You can see the love between them when they look at each other. They both also come from amazing families which made this wedding even more special. The toasts brought me to tears, which to those of you who know me (Kammy), I don't just cry at anything. We hope that they LOVE their pictures as much as we LOVED taking them! It was hard to choose just a few for the blog, but I wanted to show a verity. Remember, these are unedited.

Chelsea's senior picture's

We had the pleasure of meeting Chelsea on Saturday. A few months ago, we had donated a gift certificate to Hemet High theatre's variety show. Chelsea was the lucky winner! She was such an easy and fun subject! We hope she had as much fun as we did!

Abby's Adventure with Cake!

About a week or so ago, we had Abby come in for her one year birthday pictures. Kristi wanted to do our "Adventures in Cake" photo shoot with her. We knew we wanted pink and white cake so that we wouldn't have any interesting . . . color combination (see our previous "AIC" picture 12 if it doesn't go straight to it). But after shooting her destroying the white cake with pink trim, we discovered that the cake disappeared more than it should. Thankful that Kristi is a friend, we asked if she would bring Abby back for a re-shoot. We figured the trick would have to be pink on pink. It worked MUCH better this time!
